GlobaLexicon's senior team is very experienced both on the client side and in the language services business. We look forward to discussing how we and the team can best work with you and present a few of our senior team below. 

Christophe Djaouani, President

Christophe focuses on driving the go-to-market strategy and direction and running high level operations while providing motivating leadership. He has 21 years of industry experience having started his career with RR Donnelley, serving Fortune 500 and customers in highly regulated industries as Executive Vice President, achieving consistent revenue and profit margin growth. Christophe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University.

Anna Gargiulo, Chief Sales Officer

Anna focuses on profitable revenue generation and growth, the customer acquisition strategy and retention, talent acquisition and retention, and is the chief client advocate. For over 20 years, Anna has been in the translation business – with a primary focus on regulated markets, most recently as Vice President of Sales at SDL where she successfully and profitably grew revenue year on year.  Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from the University of Chicago.

Alexandra Jarvis, Chief Strategy Officer

Alexandra focuses on building value through corporate development, strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, partner relationships and finance. Alex spent 16 years in financial services, as an equity analyst focused on the technology and services sector, before joining the language industry with SDL in 2017, where she was Senior Vice President Corporate Strategy, Corporate Marketing and Communications. Alex holds an MA in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.

Daniela Toledo, Managing Director

Daniela, GlobaLexicon's founder, leads the growth, operations and client relationships of the company. As part of this, she oversees delivery for several of our larger clients and leads our service development. Prior to founding GlobaLexicon, Daniela held positions with Research International (RI), part of the WPP Group, in the UK and abroad, working with companies such as Allied Domecq, Diageo, GSK, Unilever and American Express. Given her significant client side experience, she fully understands the operational impact of linguistic work and the need for top quality services to achieve better business results. Thus Daniela brings an essential client view to all of GlobaLexicon’s services and relationships. She holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Communications, has attended leadership and management courses at London Business School and UCL, and is a native Spanish speaker.

Kristian Smith, Director, Strategy & Finance

Kristian oversees the general strategy, finance, marketing, and business administration of GlobaLexicon. Kristian’s previous experience includes working for global consulting firms leading assignments in Europe, Asia and the Middle East in market sectors such as telecommunications, energy, finance and consumer goods. He has worked for companies including Telstra, TeliaSonera, Shell, BP, RBS, CIBC, British Airways, Castrol, Quelle, Sara Lee and The Virgin Group. A former Air Force Captain, Kristian holds an MBA from London Business School and speaks German, French and Spanish.

Kenny Yeo, Director, Global Marketing

Kenny focuses on customer advocacy and marketing. Kenny previously worked with GSK R&D to explore & implement novel digital initiatives to innovate clinical trials, building on his management consulting experience with Deloitte Digital to modernize customer journeys across the life sciences industry. Kenny holds an MSc in Management from London Business School, and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

James Heneghan, Vice President – Global Market Insights

James leads some of our largest accounts, and has accountability for all of GlobaLexicon’s account and project management teams, working closely with our in-house linguistic, quality assurance, and coding, overlay and other technical teams.  He brings over 15 years of experience in the translation industry with a strong focus on the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Healthcare sectors, and he takes an active role in several key business areas including operations, new business and recruitment. Before joining GlobaLexicon, James spent several years in the Medical Translation Division at RWS Group and also worked in Spain and Japan. He holds an MA in Spanish and French Translation and a BA in European History.

Paul Williams, Director, Commercial

Paul leads areas of the business including legal and compliance and supports GlobaLexicon's continued push into new sectors and geographies. Prior to his involvement with GlobaLexicon, Paul was European MD of M3 Global Research, one of the largest Healthcare Market Research companies. He is a lifetime Market Research industry professional with 25+ years’ experience of all aspects of Quantitative and Qualitative Market Research and has focused on the Healthcare, Consumer/FMCG, Automotive, and Financial Services sectors.
