Our business is about quality people who enjoy what they do - partnering with clients to work on their most important language and translation challenges.

Translators and proofreaders are rigorously selected from our network of in-country and local professionals, with each translator specialising in one or two market sectors of their choice. Proofreaders work closely with translators to ensure accurate and consistent terminology and a natural, true to original, translation.

Along with the translators and proofreaders, other project roles include:

»	Account Director: Responsible for overseeing the sales and proposal process, assembling the GlobaLexicon team, and managing the overall client relationship. Working with the client, plans the entire project and updates the client on project progress, any changes in scope, or suggestions from the team.
»	Project Manager: Responsible for on time and on budget delivery as well as the day-to-day management of the language teams.
»	Language Lead: Senior translator or proofreader responsible for the leadership and quality of the translation/proofreading team of a particular language
»	Software Engineer: Oversees technical/software components of the project including file preparation, graphic editing, voice insertion, and QA.
