Our Processes |
| |
At GlobaLexicon we pride ourselves in the delivery of focused, quality, customer service from the initial contact to the delivery of the final translated product. Our basic process, with built-in proofreading and glossary creation, is as follows: |
| |
| |
| |
| |
1. |
Agree Commissioned Work: Client commissions work upon agreement of final proposal. |
| |
2. |
Project Team & Set-up: Final project team is confirmed including project manager(s), translators, and proof-readers. As this stage, the document is assessed, glossary creation begins, and relevant notes are created. Ongoing client communication begins. |
| |
3. |
Translation & Glossary Creation: As the translations are being produced, the glossary continues to be developed and shared to ensure accurate and consistent terminology on this and subsequent jobs. |
| |
4. |
Proof-Reader Checks: Translator and proof-reader interact throughout the job. Final proof-reading checks are conducted, the documents are signed off and are passed on to the project manager. |
| |
5. |
Project Manager Sign-off: Project manager ensures all requirements are met, signs-off, and delivers. |
| |
6. |
Client Sign-off: Client reviews and signs-off. |
